Ep. 2: Genevieve Gorder

You might remember Genevieve Gorder from TLC's hit makeover show, Trading Spaces. Since then, she's done A LOT—from TV and products to starting a family and dealing with divorce—it's impossible to cover it all in under an hour, but we're pretty sure we got to all the good parts.

This episode is chock full of good advice, incredible stories (um, can you say PRINCE?), and candid divorce talk. We learn a lot about her—how she's a natural caregiver, a lioness mama, and a choreographer of design.

...it’s not about numbers, it’s not about colors, it’s really about how you make that space dance...music is the first language I speak in everyone’s house. Where’s the pause, where is the Allegro, where does the mic drop...

Genevieve tells us how she loves entertaining and throwing fun parties, and we're obviously inviting ourselves to future ones...

She talks about the importance of family, and how she leads with kindness, but knows when it's time to be fierce both as a parent and as a designer.

We even make her play our game, "Pitch This Show!" - to find out what that is, tune in to Genevieve's episode.
