AMY DEVERS
Amy Devers is an Emmy Award-winning television personality, designer, fabricator, and educator. She’s earned three college degrees including an MFA in Furniture Design from RISD, and has spent years as an independent designer/fabricator of furniture, interiors and fine art. She’s also made a name for herself on the small screen, demonstrating her skills and know-how as the host of several television and digital series focused on international design, architecture, original furniture design & build, home improvement, culture and food. In addition to Clever, she also teaches Furniture Design at RISD and is an active member of the global design community, a frequent guest critic and lecturer at academic institutions, keynote speaker, and design juror.

Ilana Nevins
Ilana (she/her) is a podcast producer, editor, and marketer. Before podcasting full-time, she worked in communications for organizations focused on live storytelling, tribal peoples’ rights, climate policy, and international journalism. Ilana produces shows about design, disability, creativity and workplace culture.
Working on Clever for the past two years has given her a deeper appreciation for the thoughtful, brilliant and kind people behind everything in our day to day life, and more optimism about our collective future.

Mark Zurawinski
Mark Zurawinski is an audio engineer, musician, sound designer, and educator. In the podcast world, Mark is an editor and producer for acclaimed shows in the arts and tech industry. Mark has also worked for many years as a Canadian-based musician and educator, and as a sound designer, Mark has created for film, dance, theatre, and multimedia installations through collaborations with The Bentway Toronto, The Music Gallery, Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto, UnDrum Festival Montreal, Mocean Dance Halifax, Canadian Creative Music Network, and partner Germaine Liu.

Anouchka Stephan
I’m a cool [I think] mom of three exceptionally sporty and handsome boys. I love living in sunny South Africa where long walks on our beautiful beaches or game drives to see our stunning wildlife are all just a couple of minutes away. I have a passion for reading, eating good quality chocolate, picnics and sunsets, looking at stars and typing interesting podcasts!
I am privileged to have been part of the Clever team for the past seven years. Each podcast I receive to transcribe is like a gift, my mind is enriched and I know there’s always something magical Amy will uncover about her guests.
